Why I drink Neem (Bitter Bush tea)

Why I drink Neem (Bitter Bush tea)

Greetings,

I enjoy drinking bush tea, not all bush teas have a great taste however when you know the natural health remedies and benefits from drinking them, Neem is a great consideration.  Neem has been used for centuries in traditional medicine, particularly in India. Known for its bitter taste and impressive array of health benefits, neem tea can be a valuable addition to your wellness routine. I incorporate Neem oil in my clay soap for it's skin health properties. https://9ethertouch.co.uk/products/neem-and-red-clay-soap-95g

    • Fresh or dried neem leaves (1-2 teaspoons of dried leaves or a handful of fresh leaves)
    • 2 cups of water

    Instructions:

    1. Boil the water in a pot.

Neem tea has a strong, bitter taste that you might take some getting used to. Start with a small amount and gradually increase your intake or let it cool to room temperature and drink it.
